Frequently asked questions

What size is the Postcard?

The postcard is 9 inches by 12 inches (9x12). The 9x12 is the largest mailing the post office won’t fold so it will be the biggest piece of mail in everyone’s mailbox. It will outshine all other mail.

How many postcards are mailed and where will they be mailed to?

10,000 postcards will be mailed to local residents within the local zip code for the area you choose. Since there are obviously more than 10,000 residents in our zip code, we will rotate the distribution as often as we can around the area to the different routes to target as many residents as possible in the medium to high income level.

How many ads will there be on the postcard?

A ideal number is 16 ads for each postcard. There will be ads on each side. If a business purchases multiple ads or half a space, then that will decrease or increase the number of total ads featured.

Will there be any competing businesses on the postcard?

You will be the only business in your industry on the postcard. If you sell pizza, you will be the only pizzeria featured on the postcard. However, other restaurants can be on the postcard who specialize in different types of food. Same goes for example, a plumber. They will be the only plumber on the postcard but there can still be a painter or HVAC company, etc.

What is the size of my ad?

The size of each ad spot is approx. 2.25”x4”. You can also purchase a half size ad spot and a double size ad spot.

What is the postcard's paper and ink quality?

The entire postcard & all of the ads on it are beautifully bright with vibrant colors on 14-pt full-gloss Ultraviolet (UV) coated C2S cardstock.

What is the design process?

-I would start by getting the details of your business and your brand to ensure your ad meets your branding style and identity.

-I then work with you to create an unbeatable offer (or implement yours if you have one in place!) Ads with Buy One Get One Free or a dollar or percentage off do best to bring in new customers.

-Ad is designed and the proof is sent to you for approval or final edits before printing.

-The entire design process takes as little as one day, or as fast as you can get us the design collaterals like logo, images you want to use, etc.

What if I already have an ad I want to use?

No worries! I will send you a template with the size requirements. Once I receive your copy I will take your ad and make sure it meets the design prerequisites like resolution, size and layout. If I do need to implement some changes, you will receive a proof before finalization.
You always have the final say.

What is the cost to advertise?

The cost to advertise is $500 per regular ad spot.

Small or Half size ad spots are $350.

Large or Double size ad spots are $900.

10% discount if you purchase more than one spot on the same card or on a card for another local area.

What's included in the cost?

Print, design, bundling, mailing, postage, delivery & tax are all included in the cost. There are no other costs or hidden fees.

How do I reserve a spot?

To reserve your ad space, just fill out the short form here and I will contact you within 24 hours. Due to our exclusivity & first come-first serve policy, I will let you know if you are the first in your business category to reserve that spot.

How is payment collected?

After completing the reservation form and being contacted by me, if you are the first of your business type and there is an available spot, I will email an invoice link to make your deposit. The deposit is 50% of the final cost. The remaining 50% will be due after the card is filled and is ready to be sent for printing.

What are my payment options?

Payments can be made using a debit or credit card via Square. You can also split your payments up more using Afterpay

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There is no long-term contract because you pay to advertise on the postcard for 1 mailing. HOWEVER once you submit your deposit there are NO REFUNDS for that mailing which you have committed to.

How often do you send out mailings?

I will send out mailings according to demand. I will take requests for spots as the come in. Once the card is full, printing will be ordered and it will be mailed. I do work to try to get cards out at least every 3 months. Follow our Facebook page for notifications of when we are starting a new mailing campaign.

How will the postcards be mailed to 10,000 homes?

USPS - Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM)

How can I be sure the postcards are being mailed to the homes?

After your 10,000 postcards are mailed out, I will email you a copy of the printers paid invoice and postal receipt showing the routes the card went to.

What is the deadline to reserve my spot?

Deadlines will be set as we get closer to get each card filled, so there are no specific deadlines, but spots are filled on a first come-first service basis.
